Parking

There is no onsite parking but several parking spots in the laneway and parking is readily available in surrounding streets


Keeping warm and cool

Both bedrooms and the sitting room are reverse cycle air-conditioned.  There is a fireplace with a Jetmaster fire in the sitting room.  Bathrooms have heated towel rails and flooring.


Spacious

Both bedrooms are very generously proportioned.  The second bedroom has a king bed that can be adjusted to become 2 singles

Patio Garden and BBQ

Delightful, private and leafy patio garden with BBQ, outdoor seating and outdoor heater, overlooked by tall native neighbourhood trees.

CANCELLATION
Provided you book more than 7 days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking within 24 hours and we’ll provide a full refund. Our flexible rate offers more flexibility for those who need it. Read our cancellation policy here. 



BREAKAGES

Please report all breakages to the Property Manager before you depart.



DEPARTURES

Please notify the Property Manager of your departure time as they will be attending the property immediately afterwards. If no notification is given we will assume this is the normal 11 am departure. Prior to checking out please ensure that all dishes are stacked in the dishwasher and it is turned on, the BBQ is clean and all garbage has been placed in the bins provided. Upon departure please ensure that all windows are shut and please lock all doors and put the alarm on. Please do not park or obstruct the free flow of traffic in the laneway. 



FIRES

Strictly no fires are permitted outside.



PARTIES

Strictly no parties are permitted on the property. There must also be no noise that will disturb neighbours.



PETS

Pets are not allowed on the property.  



SMOKING

There is a strict no smoking policy indoors. Please feel free to smoke outside and we kindly request you dispose of your cigarette butts thoughtfully. When smoking outside, please use an ashtray.



LOST BELONGINGS

Upon departure, please make sure you take all your belongings. In the event you do leave something behind, we are happy to post or courier your things back to you. The postage or courier cost will be charged.
